Our story

Asociația Națională de Dezvoltare Continuă a Tineretului din România (ANDCTR) is a non-governmental organization based in Craiova, Romania. Founded in 2010 by six motivated young people, the organization was created to actively contribute to local community development and support youth engagement in social, educational, and cultural initiatives.
We aim to support the sustainable development of civil society and the environment through socio-cultural activities, while fostering collaboration and exchange of good practices between Romania and international youth and volunteering organizations.

YOUTH HUB SECTION

Volunteering for the Community – Youth Hub

ANDCTR is part of the Voluntariat Pentru Comunitate Youth Hub, an initiative that unifies volunteering opportunities in Craiova for young people.

Funded by the European Commission through the European Solidarity Corps, the Youth Hub brings together:

  • ANDCTR
  • ANTER (Asociația Națională de Sprijinire a Tineretului Ecologist din România)
  • Asociația Explorator

All three organizations collaborate under shared communication channels to maximize impact and outreach.
