OUR STORY
A Decade of Continuous Development in Romania
Founded in 2010 in Craiova, the National Association for Continuous Development of Youth in Romania (ANDCTR) is dedicated to bridging the gap between potential and opportunity. We believe that non-formal education is a catalyst for change. By working closely with schools and local institutions in Craiova and Balș, we turn everyday spaces into hubs of confidence, belonging, and hope.

What We Do
Building Bridges through European Programs
We leverage European Commission funding to provide life-changing experiences for our community.
ESC (European Solidarity Corps)
Engage with the Craiova community through long-term volunteering (2–12 months). We promote inclusion and European values locally while sending courageous participants to Humanitarian Aid projects abroad.
Erasmus+ Youth
Every year, we host and send participants to international youth exchanges and training courses. These programs are designed to build skills, spark curiosity, and foster European cooperation.
Erasmus+ Adult
We provide mobility projects tailored for adult learners and NGO staff. Our focus is on developing professional skills and fostering inclusive practices across borders.
