Madalina Ostafe
is a project coordination professional with an academic background in Economics, having graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Since 2008, she has built extensive experience in project management, further strengthened by completing an internationally recognized Project Management Professional course (first-level degree). She has also been an authorized trainer since 2010 and holds certification as a GDPR operator.
Throughout her career, she has coordinated more than 30 EU-funded projects within ANDCTR, contributing to initiatives focused on education, community development, and social inclusion. In addition to her coordination work, she has completed several courses in mentorship and coaching, which support her active involvement in guiding and supporting participants and volunteers.
Her responsibilities include preparing and implementing projects, as well as monitoring and evaluating their progress. She maintains communication with sending organizations and coordinates and facilitates effective collaboration among all consortium partners across various projects. She currently manages Erasmus+ and ESC Humanitarian Aid projects organized by ANDCTR, ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues and partners. She is a native Romanian speaker and has advanced English and French proficiency.
Cristian Ostafe
is a financial professional with an academic background from Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, where he studied at the Faculty of Food Engineering and Environmental Protection. This interdisciplinary education provided him with both technical insight into resource management and sustainability, as well as a solid foundation in financial management and economic analysis.
He brings extensive experience in financial management within European-funded initiatives, having served as financial responsible in over 20 projects. His expertise includes financial grant procedures and management, as well as the preparation of financial estimations and calculations to ensure the proper allocation and use of project resources.
His responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and reporting, ensuring compliance with funding regulations, and supporting the smooth financial implementation of projects. He contributes to maintaining transparency and efficiency across all financial processes within project activities. Cristian is a native Romanian speaker with proficient English skills.
Valentin Țucureanu
is the Project Coordinator of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) at ANDCTR. He is a graduate of the University of Craiova, holding a Diploma in Law, which provides a solid foundation in legal frameworks and compliance relevant to project management and participant rights. With 20 years of experience in project management, he has a proven track record of leading complex initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
Valentin possesses significant hands-on experience within the European Solidarity Corps program, having been involved for 5 years as QL implementation responsible and PC for Humanitarian Aid projects. This direct engagement provides him with invaluable insights into the program’s objectives, operational specifics, and the needs of young volunteers.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning and preparation to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation; coordinating and facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all consortium partners; and acting as the primary point of contact for the National Agency or EACEA. He is proficient in English, facilitating effective communication within the international consortium and with diverse participant groups.
Andrada Maria Safta
is a communication professional with an academic background in International Relations and European Studies (BA) and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, both completed at the West University of Timisoara.
Since 2019, she has been actively involved in the implementation and dissemination of over 80 Erasmus+ and EU-funded projects across areas such as adult education, youth development, social inclusion, digital transformation, and (re)integration of vulnerable groups.
Her responsibilities extend beyond disseminating information, ensuring that the organization’s message is effectively communicated to the target audience. Through strategic communication efforts, she contributes to raising awareness, building partnerships and defining the organization mission to promote lifelong learning and European cooperation. She is a native Romanian speaker and has advanced English and French proficiency.
Mirela Disa
is a mentor of ESC volunteers with an academic background in Performing Arts, holding a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts from the University of Craiova, Faculty of Letters, Department of Theatre Arts. She has extensive experience working with local public institutions, including her role as Cultural Officer at Casa de Cultura a Studentilor din Craiova, as well as collaborating with NGOs.
Since then, Mirela has been actively involved in supporting international volunteers, providing initial orientation to help them understand local culture, organizational rules, and procedures. She facilitates volunteers’ integration into the community and NGO teams, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. With her experience in facilitating Erasmus+ projects and coordinating youth activities at local and national levels, Mirela provides ongoing guidance, organizes regular meetings to discuss progress and challenges, and delivers constructive feedback. She is a native Romanian speaker and is proficient in English, with additional skills in French and Italian.
