Job shadowing experience that involved 5 staff and volunteers of ANDCTR that where hosted by CEMEA Dijon from 26 March to 1st of April 2023, with the aim of observing the inclusive methods used in socio animation and leisure activities as well as project management in the frame of inclusivity

- the organisation is applying for national and local governmental financing programs to support their social programs
- how the organisation is applying for EU funds and implement projects dedicated to support social inclusion
- to map the resources and barriers in your organization and/or community
- ensure the satisfaction level between the attendees with special needs and typical ones
- the community is supporting through on going donation actions in a project specificly related to get supplies by special needs people, project developed exclusivly by the target group
- enusring an social context to expose and valorisation of the vocational labor by special needs adults
