The interaction between the mentor/coach and the young people depends on several factors such as the specificity of the project, the learning objectives, the personal development needs, the activities proposed in the project, the challenges that appear along the way or the targeted results in the community, but they assume regular meetings so that all these naturally transform into a learning experience.

  • provides support to young people for the performance of project tasks and, as appropriate, mediates these responsibilities with the project team to achieve project objectives
  • facilitate the process of reflection on the learning outcomes of the project experience
  • supports the motivation of young people in relation to the project’s objectives
  • facilitate integration into the host organization and community
  • offers support for practical aspects related to young people’s needs (e.g. administrative situations)
