OB.4) Exploring contrasts between the project’s cultures and the filed of fighting discrimination / promoting diversity&friendship

The above-mentioned objectives are SMART because they relate to:
– 3 bilateral youth exchanges hosted in Craiova/Romania in 2018, lasting 14 days each
– a total of 24 participants/exchange (10 youngsters + 2 group leaders/country)
– a partnership made up of 3 sending organizations (from Jordan, Georgia, Macedonia) and 1 hosting/coordinating organization from Romania

– clear learning outcomes (knowledge/skills/behavior framed within the key-competences format), validated by 1 Youth Pass Certificate / participant
The above-mentioned objectives have a realistic timeframe, they will be achieved by the end of the project’s 6 months duration, through 3 successive bilateral exchanges lasting 14 days each. The quality and quantity indicators are measurable, achievable and realistic in relation to the project’s available resources. Moreover, our project’s objectives show a clear course (in the relevant fields: fighting discrimination and promoting diversity/friendship) for the 60 youngsters from Romania, Jordan, Georgia, Macedonia. This course will be followed step-by-step from the first to the last day of each mobility: reflection/debates (OB.1)–> forming opinions (OB.2)–> testing/experimenting (OB.3)–> reflection/synergies between the project’s cultures and topics (OB4.)
